Payments: We accept payments via PayPal and Credit Cards (Visa, American Express and MasterCard). We recommend that you create an account with us for a smoother checkout experience, although you are welcome to checkout and pay as a guest as well.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Most products on our website are already stocked in our warehouse locations, and any orders on these products are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, depending on the extent and nature of customisation. Note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. We put every effort to keep you updated throughout the whole process.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates: 95% of our products are shipped free of charge. However depending on the size of the item (typically bulk orders) and delivery address (e.g. remote areas), additional shipping surcharges may apply. For these cases, the shipping fee will be displayed at checkout and then added to the total payable amount. We have also included a shipping calculator within our cart page so you are informed of any fees in prior.
