Your 'Aurora Tote' is crafted with premium vegetable-tanned genuine leather: Animal hides are transformed into leather via a process called tanning. The two main methods of tanning in modern day use are 'chrome tanning' and 'vegetable tanning'. Vegetable tanning, which accounts for about 10% of the leather in the modern day, is the most environmentally-friendly method of leather production. Given the careful workmanship required during the vegetable tanning process (which uses only natural and organic tannins), the resulting leather has a characteristic rich/aesthetic patina, which continues to develop and become smooth with increased robustness and strength over time. If appropriately cared for, these leathers can longer than a lifetime. |

Most products on our website are already stocked in our warehouse locations, and any orders on these products are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, depending on the extent and nature of customisation. Note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates: 95% of our products are shipped free of charge. However depending on the size of the item (typically bulk orders) and delivery address (e.g. remote areas), additional shipping surcharges may apply. For these cases, the shipping fee will be displayed at checkout and then added to the total payable amount.
